Hi there! My name is Susie Betten. I'm a senior Secondary Education English major with minors in Theater Arts and Women's and Gender Studies. I've been serving the Red Masquers as a Costume Chair for 3 years, and I've previously served as the Vice President last season before finally serving this season as the 2023/2024 President. I'm super excited to help provide students with performance and design opportunities within the organization this year. I've had an incredible time being involved with the Red Masquers since my first semester my freshman year, between acting, costume designing, directing, stage managing, and producing, and I am committed to continuing to create a learning environment within the organization that values hard work and is inclusive, creative, and supportive.
Hey everyone! My name is Ellie Troiani and I'm Junior History and Theater Arts major with a certificate in Public History. I also serve as the Props chair (go Props chairs!!) for the Red Masquers. I enjoy spending my free time organizing the Prop shop, along with painting, playing Nancy Drew Video games with Madam President, and baking treats for my Masquers buddies. I'm dedicated to making the Masquers a fun, comfortable, and productive environment for all involved. I'm honored to serve as your 2023-2024 VP!
Hey everyone! My name is Morgan Sandzimier, and I will be serving as your secretary for the 2023-24 season! I am studying Secondary English Education with a minor in Theatre Arts! Some of my recent Red Masquer’s productions include SpongeBob the Musical, as Karen the Computer, and Mud as an assistant stage manager! If I am not on stage, or behind the scenes, you can find me hanging out with the Ad/PR department as the assistant chair! I am so excited to be working with everyone on this awesome season!
Hello!!! My name is Rachel Potts and I am happy to be serving as the Duquesne Red Masquers 2023-2024 Historian. I’m a Theater Arts and English double major, with a minor in Film Studies. I have the pleasure of working with my lovely VP Ellie as assistant prop chair (go Props chairs!!) and am looking forward to being involved as much as possible this year. If you need me, high chances are you’ll find me in the theater working and causing chaos. I’m so beyond thrilled to be able to work alongside this amazing team to create and document a year full of jam packed fun for the Masquers.
